We want you to love your purchase from Bambi Bags. However, if you're not completely satisfied, we’ve got you covered. Our hassle-free returns process allows you to return or exchange items within 30 days of receiving your order for store credit only — refunds are not available. Please read carefully and follow the simple steps below to initiate a return:
- NON-FAULTY ITEMS: Returns & exchanges are for available for a store credit for non-embroidered Bambi Bags.
- FAULTY ITEMS: Full returns/refunds/exchanges are applicable for faulty Bambi Bag products only, see our warranty policy here. Please send through the description of the fault and images to evidence to be eligible for a full return/refund/exchange.

CHANGE OF MIND: We do not accept change of mind returns once a Bambi Bag has been opened and used. To ensure the highest standards of hygiene and product integrity, all items must be returned in unused, original condition. As of 22 May 2025, items can be exchanged or returned for store credit only. No refunds for change of mind.
- CHANGE OF MIND EXEMPTIONS: In some cases, exemptions may apply—such as accidentally purchasing the wrong product—provided the item remains unused and in its original condition. If you believe your situation qualifies, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can assist you. As of 22 May 2025, items can be exchanged or returned for store credit only. No refunds for change of mind.
- Imperfect Collection bags cannot be returned or refunded and are not under our 12-month warranty policy.
- Please ensure that all items (canvas tote + felt insert + canvas drawstring bag) are still in its original condition (e.g. unwashed, unused).
To start your returns process:
- Please email us here or at hello@bambibags.com to start a returns process items WITHIN 30 DAYS of receiving your order.
- Please detail your reasonings and attach images if necessary.
- Once we have received and processed your return, we will provide you a store credit or exchange within 2-5 business days. The store credit WILL NOT INCLUDE THE SHIPPING COSTS unless item was deemed faulty.
PLEASE NOTE:
- While we'd love to pay for all returns, we simply do not have the means to as a small business. As a result, all customers are responsible for ALL shipping costs during the return and exchange process.
- Original shipping costs is not included in the refund or store credit, unless item is deemed faulty by Bambi Bags.
- We highly advise that your exchange/return parcel is sent with a trackable service as we are unable to guarantee that we will receive the parcel back. We DO NOT take any responsibility for lost items in transit.
- Items which are outside of our 30 day return period cannot be returned.
