Returns & Refunds

 

We want you to love your purchase from Bambi Bags, but if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we've got you covered. Our hassle-free returns process makes it simple to return or exchange items within 30 days of receiving your order. Please read carefully and follow our easy steps to initiate a return:

  • NON-FAULTY ITEMS: Returns/refunds/exchanges are for non-embroidered Bambi Bags only.
  • FAULTY ITEMS: Full returns/refunds/exchanges are applicable for faulty Bambi Bag products only. Please send through the description of the fault and images to evidence to be eligible for a full return/refund/exchange.
  • CHANGE OF MIND: We do not accept change of mind returns once a Bambi Bag has been opened and used. To ensure the highest standards of hygiene and product integrity, all items must be returned in unused, original condition.
  • CHANGE OF MIND EXEMPTIONS: In some cases, exemptions may apply—such as accidentally purchasing the wrong product—provided the item remains unused and in its original condition. If you believe your situation qualifies, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can assist you.
  • Imperfect Collection bags cannot be returned or refunded and are not under our 12-month warranty policy.
  • Please ensure that all items (canvas tote + felt insert + canvas drawstring bag) are still in its original condition (e.g. unwashed, unused).

To start your returns process:

  • Please email us here or at hello@bambibags.com to start a returns process items WITHIN 30 DAYS of receiving your order.
  • Please detail your reasonings and attach images if neccessary.
  • Once we have received and processed your return, we will provide you a refund or exchange within 2-5 business days. The refund WILL NOT INCLUDE THE SHIPPING COSTS unless item was deemed faulty.

 

 PLEASE NOTE:

  • While we'd love to pay for all returns, we simply do not have the means to as a small business. As a result, all customers are responsible for ALL shipping costs during the return and exchange process. 
  • Original shipping costs is not included in the refund, unless item is deemed faulty by Bambi Bags.
  • We highly advise that your exchange/return parcel is sent with a trackable service as we are unable to guarantee that we will receive the parcel back. We DO NOT take any responsibility for lost items in transit.
  • Items which are outside of our 30 day return period cannot be returned.
