Our 12-month warranty is designed to give you peace of mind, knowing that your investment in a quality bag is protected! This warranty is a testament to our commitment to providing you with durable, reliable, and well-crafted products that stand the test of time 

What Does the Warranty Cover?

Our 12-month warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship for our newest Essential Bambi Bag model (zip top, lobster hook, and cross body strap) and our Pins. If your bag shows signs of a manufacturing defect within the first year of purchase, we will repair or replace it free of charge. Custom orders with logo and text embroidery completed by us are included in this warranty! Manufacturing issues are defined as:

  • Faulty stitching: Any seams, zippers, embroidery, or straps that come apart due to poor stitching.
  • Hardware failure: Problems with zippers, buckles, clasps, or other hardware that fail during normal use.
  • Material defects: Weak or flawed materials that result in tears, rips, or other forms of damage.

What Is Not Covered?

While our warranty is designed to ensure you receive a product free from manufacturing defects, it does not cover damage caused by:

  • Normal wear and tear: Over time, materials may naturally wear down with use. Fading, scuffing, and minor abrasions are considered normal wear and tear and are not covered by the warranty.
  • Misuse or neglect: Damage resulting from improper use, neglect, or failure to follow care instructions is not covered. This includes overloading the bag, exposing it to harsh environments, or using it for unintended purposes.
  • Accidental damage: Any damage caused by accidents, such as spills, cuts, or burns, is not covered by the warranty.
  • Unauthorised repairs or modifications: Any alterations or repairs made by unauthorised personnel will void the warranty. This includes embroidering completed by external sources, e.g. embroidery not completed by us at Bambi Bags.
  • Imperfect products: Bambi Bag products that are sold as 'imperfect' are not covered by the warranty. Imperfect products are a handpicked selection of bags that may not be flawless in appearance but offer the same functionality we all love. They are a final sale and do not come with return, refunds, or exchanges.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your bag has a manufacturing defect and is eligible for repair or replacement under our warranty, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Service:
    Reach out to our customer service team here with your purchase details and a description of the issue. Providing photos of the defect can help expedite the process.
  2. Assessment:
    Our team will assess the defect to determine whether it falls under the warranty coverage. In some cases, we may ask you to send the bag in for a closer inspection.
  3. Repair or Replacement:
    If the defect is covered, we will either repair the bag or replace it with the same model. If the exact model is no longer available, we will offer a comparable alternative. If your bag has embroidery done by us we will also cover the re-embroidery costs.
  4. Return Shipping:
    In most cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping for repairs or replacements under warranty.
