Welcome to the Bambi Bags Affiliate Program. By applying to and participating in our program, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
Definitions
- Affiliate: A person or entity approved by Bambi Bags to promote our products in exchange for a commission.
- Commission: The agreed percentage of sales generated through the Affiliate’s unique link or discount code.
- Program: The Bambi Bags Affiliate Program operated through the GOAFFPRO platform.
Eligibility
Participation in this Program is open to individuals aged 18 years and over, or entities legally permitted to enter into binding contracts under Australian law.
All applicants must provide a valid Australian Business Number (ABN) as part of the application process.
We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion, and to terminate an Affiliate’s participation at any time.
Affiliate Obligations
As an Affiliate, you agree to:
- Promote Bambi Bags products in a lawful, ethical, and honest manner.
- Not make false, misleading, or deceptive claims about Bambi Bags, its products, or the Program.
- Comply with all applicable Australian laws, including but not limited to:
- The Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)
- The Privacy Act 1988 (Cth)
- The Spam Act 2003 (Cth)
- Any relevant advertising standards.
- You are solely responsible for your promotional content, including ensuring it complies with social media platform guidelines and applicable laws.
Commission, Payment & Invoicing
- Commission rates and structures are outlined within your Affiliate account on the GOAFFPRO platform.

Affiliates earn 10% commission on the final sale price, excluding GST, shipping costs, and discounts. Commission is attributed based on a 14-day cookie window — if a customer makes a purchase within 14 days of clicking your affiliate link, the sale will be credited to you.
- Payments are made in Australian Dollars (AUD) via direct bank transfer to your nominated bank account.
- Commissions are paid on a 30-day cycle.
- There is no minimum payout threshold — all approved commissions will be paid out in each cycle.

Commissions are held for 30 days after a sale is made to allow for order processing, returns, and cancellations. Only approved commissions are included in the payout.

After the 30-day commission holding period, Bambi Bags will notify you of your total earnings. To receive your commission payout, you must submit an invoice within 7 days of being notified.
- No commission is paid on refunded, cancelled, or fraudulent transactions.
ABN Requirements & GST Obligations
All affiliates participating in the Bambi Bags Affiliate Program must hold a valid Australian Business Number (ABN), regardless of whether you are registered for GST.
If you are participating in the Program as a company, trust, partnership, or sole trader registered for GST in Australia, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Commission payments made by Bambi Bags are exclusive of GST
- You are responsible for determining and meeting your own tax obligations, including the calculation, reporting, and payment of any GST applicable to the commission income you receive.

If you are registered for GST, you must issue a valid tax invoice (including GST, if applicable) to Bambi Bags upon request for any commission payments you receive under this Program. It is your responsibility to determine whether GST applies to your commission income and to remit any GST to the ATO as required.
- Bambi Bags will not pay any additional amounts for GST on top of commission payments.
If you are not registered for GST, you are still required to issue a valid tax invoice (excluding GST) to Bambi Bags upon request in order to receive your commission payout.
All affiliates are responsible for maintaining appropriate financial records in accordance with the A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 (Cth) and other applicable Australian tax laws.
You must provide your ABN and GST registration status to Bambi Bags upon request.
Prohibited Activities
Affiliates must not:
- Use spam, unsolicited email, or misleading advertising.
- Bid on or use the term "Bambi Bags" or close variations in pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns without prior written approval.
- Represent themselves as Bambi Bags or claim to act on behalf of the business.
- Share misleading, harmful, defamatory, or offensive content.
Intellectual Property
- Affiliates may use approved marketing materials and images provided by Bambi Bags. No modification, resale, or distribution of Bambi Bags intellectual property is permitted without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Bambi Bags shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in the Program. We do not guarantee any specific level of income, sales, or business outcomes through participation.
Termination
Either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause, by providing a written notice (including via email).
Upon termination:
- The Affiliate must immediately cease use of all Bambi Bags marketing materials and links.
- Any unpaid eligible commissions accrued before termination will be paid in accordance with the usual payment schedule.
Privacy
We collect, store, and use Affiliate personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). By participating, you consent to this collection and use.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising under this agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
Changes to Terms
Bambi Bags reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any changes.
