What are the bags made of?
The tote and calico drawstring bag is made out of 100% 16oz cotton canvas material. The insert is made out of felt.
How long is shipping within Australia?
Standard delivery may take between 3-7 business days for metro areas and up to 7-10 days for rural/remote areas after the order is packed and dispatched.
Express delivery may take between 1-3 days after the order is packed and dispatched.
Can I return or exchange?
Returns and exchanges are available for non-custom bags (e.g. if you did not add a custom logo on). We have a 30-day return window should you have a change of mind or received a faulty product.

When will my order dispatch?
Orders are packed and dispatched twice a week on Mondays and Thursdays. As a sole owner who also works part-time as a Speech Pathologist, please allow 1 to 3 business days for domestic orders to be packed and dispatched. All orders are hand packed and are inspected for faults and defects before dispatch.
Please allow an additional 5 business days for orders to be dispatched during a sale & new launch period.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we do! Shipping costs to your exact location is calculated at checkout. Our shipping costs include transit protection. Please note we do not profit from shipping costs.

Why is shipping expensive?
...we wonder the same! As a small business in this point in time we cannot offer free or cheap shipping. Shipping couriers have become costly in the past year. We hope this changes in the future and we will reduce our cost too when/if it happens!
For domestic (Australia) shipping we charge customers half the price of what we pay (e.g. we charge you $13.99 AUD and we pay between $13-$20 AUD on our end).
For international shipping we use Sendle and charge you the exact amount it costs to ship our Bambi Bags to your door! We do not profit or charge any handling fee for this - keeping it honest and fair with our international customers :)
Do you offer commercial/wholesale discounts?
Yes we offer wholesale pricing for businesses looking to order ten (10) or more Bambi Bags. Fill out the wholesale form on this page here to enquire.
I want to add my business logo, how do I do this?
Simply attach your logo file onto your desired Bambi Bag product page and check out! All embroidery done by us is covered by our 12 month warranty guarantee.

Can I pick up my order from the Sunshine Coast, QLD?
Yes! If you're from the Sunshine Coast there is a option in our check out page to pick up your order from Coolum Beach, 4573. We will be in contact with you to arrange pick up.
