Australia (Domestic) Shipping:
- FREE AUSTRALIA SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $280 AUD.
- DOMESTIC METRO: Standard shipping times to all major cities is approximately 2-5 business days (after dispatch and not including weekends).
- DOMESTIC REGIONAL/RURAL/REMOTE: Standard shipping times to rural and remote can take up to 7 business days or more (after dispatch and not including weekends). Please allow an additional 3 business days during busy seasons (e.g. Christmas) as unforeseen delays may occur without our notice.
- DELAYS IN SHIPPING: Bambi Bags are not directly responsible for shipping delays because we rely on third-party courier companies to handle the transportation and delivery of our orders. Once a package is handed over to the courier, it is under the courier’s control, and factors like weather, logistical challenges, or high demand periods may cause delays without our notice. While we always strive to partner with reliable and timely couriers, the actual delivery process is beyond our immediate oversight.
If you're wondering why shipping is expensive...we wonder the same! As a small business in this point in time we cannot offer cheap shipping. Shipping couriers have become costly in the past year. We hope this changes in the future and we will reduce our cost too when/if it happens!
For domestic (Australia) shipping we charge customers half the price of what we pay (e.g. we charge you $13.99 AUD and we pay between $13-$20 AUD on our end).
International Shipping:
- INTERNATIONAL: Standard shipping time for international orders is between 10-28 business days. Express shipping time is between 3-8 business days for USA and UK customers.
Flat rate standard and express shipping is available for USA and UK customers only.
For other countries, exact international shipping costs to your destination is calculated at check out via Sendle. Please note Bambi Bags does not profit on shipping costs, the calculator at check out is the exact cost calculated by the courier. We strive to keep it fair and honest with our international customers :)
Local Pick Up (Sunshine Coast, Queensland):
- LOCAL PICK UP (SUNSHINE COAST, QLD): We offer free local pick ups at our Coolum Beach location. Time and day to be arranged in advance with Irina at bambibags@hotmail.com. We will email/text you when pick up is ready.
- We aim to ship out all orders as quickly as possible. If you have not received an order within the approximated time frame, please notify us as soon as possible by email at bambibags@hotmail.com.
Please note: Bambi Bags is NOT responsible for stolen/lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or refunding/replacing packages in these cases. Bambi Bags is not responsible for any packages once they are in the hands of any one of our shipping subsidiaries.
